Who we are

Premium Agriculture & Logistics Ltd (RC 9144417) is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in Abuja on 31 December 2025.

We plan to deliver the project through a dedicated, ring fenced project company with audited accounts, with private capital, management and execution from the company and its investors.

We plan to engage the Edo State Investment Promotion Office and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security through official channels, with all engagement recorded in writing.
